1. Description of Service

BizReady is a SaaS platform that builds and hosts professional websites for local service businesses. Our service includes AI-generated website copy, a booking widget, an AI SMS appointment scheduling agent, and a dedicated local phone number. Sites are hosted at a subdomain of bizready.store (e.g., yourshop.bizready.store) or a custom domain you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate business owner or authorized representative to subscribe. By using BizReady, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your business.

3. Subscription and Payment

• BizReady charges $9.99/month (launch special price) plus applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Your Content and Business Information

You grant BizReady a non-exclusive license to display your business name, logo, services, and other information you provide solely for the purpose of building and hosting your website preview. You represent that you own or have the right to use any content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BizReady to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate another business or individual.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. SMS and Communications Compliance

BizReady uses Twilio to send SMS messages. All SMS outreach is sent only to recipients who have provided explicit prior consent. Every message includes a STOP opt-out instruction. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable telecommunications regulations. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.

Email outreach complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes our business contact information and a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Intellectual Property

BizReady retains ownership of all platform code, design, and AI-generated content. Upon subscribing, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use your hosted website for your business. Cancelling your subscription will take your site offline; you may request an export of your site content within 30 days of cancellation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BizReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific business goals. Results such as search engine rankings or customer conversions are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizReady's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
