1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Business information from public sources. We obtain business names, phone numbers, email addresses, and ratings from publicly available sources such as Google Maps via the Outscraper API. This information is used solely to generate and deliver personalized website previews.
• Contact information you provide. If you respond to our outreach, subscribe, or contact us, we collect any information you submit (name, email, phone number, business details).
• Usage data. We use Plausible Analytics (a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool) to collect aggregate, anonymized data about how visitors interact with preview pages — including page views and referrers. No personal identifiers are stored.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Communication consent. If we contact you by phone (via Bland.ai) to introduce your preview site, we record whether you consented to receive follow-up SMS messages. This is required under TCPA.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and host a personalized website preview for your business.
• To contact you about your preview site via email or SMS (subject to consent).
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To honor opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists.
• To improve our service and understand how previews are being used.

3. Email Outreach

We send outreach emails to business email addresses obtained from public sources. Every email includes:

• Our business name and physical mailing address.
• A clear, one-click unsubscribe link.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or emailing us at hello@bizready.store.

4. SMS Outreach

We only send SMS messages to business phone numbers after obtaining verbal consent via a prior phone call (Bland.ai). Every SMS includes a STOP opt-out instruction. Replying STOP will immediately remove your number from all future messages. Twilio automatically honors opt-out requests.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate BizReady:

• Supabase — database hosting (US-based)
• Resend — email delivery
• Twilio — SMS delivery and phone validation
• Bland.ai — AI voice calls for SMS consent
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel / Netlify — website hosting
• Cal.com — appointment booking embedded in preview pages

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain lead and outreach data for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely to honor suppression. Paying customer data is retained as required by applicable law and financial regulations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Request that we stop processing your data.

8. Cookies

bizready.store does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless. Cal.com and Stripe embeds may set functional cookies required for their services to operate.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

BizReady is intended for business owners and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
